This new line of high performance robots features a state-of-the-art, fully teachable, servo system offering customers unparalleled ease-of-use and enhanced performance characteristics. The LS 323, the first robot in the LS series, is designed as a high-speed robotic platform for injection molding machines ranging from 100-300 tons capacity.

The LS 323 incorporates the latest in high-performance, smart servo control technology providing precision coordinated movement with intrusion times as low as one second. Sporting a user-friendly, fully teachable, color hand held pendant, the LS 323 can save up to 25 online programs. A mold identification screen also allows for instant program recall and quick program changeovers.

Featuring several mechanical enhancements to its design, the LS 323 has new heavy-duty, steel "X" and "Z" beam construction that offers greater durability with a reduced number of components, providing higher precision and decreased maintenance. In addition, the robot showcases an improved End-Of-Arm-Tool quick-change system combined with well-proven BCD coding for simplified tool installation and verification.
