Latch-and-PawlPro

An automated latch and pawl processing system for the automotive market. This proven system provides latch and pawl manufacturers with a distinct advantage over conventional latch and pawl manufacturing methods. The system is designed to be retrofitted to conventionally used equipment.
 


Automation Objective

To automatically perform the following sequences without the use of manual labor:

1.Remove a single thin-film insert from a magazine
of inserts. The automation system ensures only one insert is selected.
2.Insert thin-film into mold.
3.Remove completed molded part and deposit for further processing.
