An automated coil housing processing system for the automotive market. This proven system provides coil housing manufacturers with a distinct advantage over conventional coil housing manufacturing methods. The system is designed to be retrofitted to conventionally used equipment.
 


Automation Objective

To automatically perform the following sequences without the use of manual labor:

1. Insert coil housing electrical components into a vertical mold base in preparation for overmolding.
2. Remove completed molded coil housings from mold.
3. Deposit molded parts onto a conveyor for transfer to packaging.
